How do we reconnect with ourselves in a world full of noise?
Create space in the mind. See what becomes possible from there. Before we create a different world around us, we need space within us to imagine one.

Poetry and reflections to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and grow from the inside out.

Growing up right now can be loud. Between music, social media, relationships, trends, and everybody having an opinion about who we should be, it can get easy to forget who we are underneath all of it. Your First Love was written for teens and tweens who need a different kind of message about love. Not just who likes us. Not just who texts back. Not just how we look. Real love also looks like self-respect, confidence, discipline, boundaries, growth, and knowing our worth before somebody else tries to define it for us. Through poetry, prose, and reflection prompts, this short book helps us protect our hearts, strengthen our minds, and build a stronger relationship with ourselves.
There is only so much you can feel through a website. Book a free call with Courtni, founder of Subherban, for a more personal introduction to the world we're creating. This is a chance to meet, talk, ask questions, hear more about the ideas behind Subherban, and experience some of what can get lost when everything stays digital and still. We might talk about how Subherban came to be, the things I'm noticing and exploring now, our approach to reconnection, or the evolving vision for Subherban Sanctuary. You can also bring whatever about the ecosystem made you curious enough to book. This isn't a consultation, coaching session, or sales call. There is nothing you need to prepare and no next step you're expected to take. It's simply another way to experience Subherban. Come say hello. Let's talk.
We create tools, environments, and experiences that give us room to explore ourselves beyond what has simply become familiar. Through contrast, reflection, nature, food, technology, and everyday life, we make space to question what we inherited, notice what we actually experience, and decide what we want to cultivate. We aren’t here to prescribe a better way to live. We’re creating a bridge between the lives we’ve known and what we’re curious enough to explore next.
